William Morris (1834 – 1896) was an English textile designer, poet, novelist & translator who played a significant role in propagating the early socialist movement in Britain. With this tea towel we have recreated one of Morris’s classic designs “The Strawberry Thief” with a quotation to illustrate his radical ideas.
