Orders will normally be processed and despatched within three working days (sometimes sooner than this). Our primary carrier is Royal Mail, who will usually deliver within 48 hours of despatch. This means that it can take up to 5 days for your item to be delivered. Order tracking is currently unavailable. Please bear in mind that there is nobody in the office on Monday during the summer (April-October) or Monday – Wednesday during the winter (November – March)

Postage Charge for your order is calculated by weight. This is done automatically during the online purchase procedure, and the full price including delivery will be displayed on the final screen before purchase. UK Postage is generally £3.00 – £5.50, but may be up to £24.00 for some exceptionally heavy orders. EU Postage is generally £4.00 – £16.00, but may be up to £44.00 for some exceptionally heavy orders. International postage outside of EU must be calculated separately, and we will be in touch to discuss this with you. Delivery of Festival Tickets & Passes

There is no delivery charge for Festival Tickets. These will be sent as an email ticket that you must show on arrival at the Festival, where you will be given a wristband that must be worn on the Festival site. Please be aware that these tickets are not automatically generated by a machine, but are processed by the team. We process these tickets in batches during the lead-up to the Festival, and you may not receive your e-ticket for several weeks. If you have received your confirmation e-mail, you can be sure that we have your order details and that you will receive your tickets in time for the festival.
