Returns Policy

Tolpuddle Festival 

You can return items purchased online for the Tolpuddle Festival (entrance wristbands, tent or campervan tags, vehicle passes, shuttle bus tickets, etc) to us for a full refund less £5 admin fee per overall order up until 30 June (of that year’s festival). If you need to cancel part or the full order then contact us by email at [email protected] with your order number and payment will be made back to the original payment method (if cancellation is requested within 180 days of the order).

Merchandise (clothing, books – not Festival tickets)

You can return items purchased online to us for a full refund up to 28 days after receiving your item. If the item is undamaged, we cannot refund the postage, but if you are exchanging it for something else or a different size, we will not charge you postage to send out any replacement item. You should receive your refund within four weeks of return, although in most cases this will be much quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Items that are damaged when received by you can be returned to us within 60 days and we will give you a full refund and we will also refund you the Postage.

All returns must include the order number, the delivery address, your contact details and the e-mail used for the initial purchase. Items should be returned to: Tolpuddle Martyrs Museum, Main Road, Tolpuddle, Dorset, DT2 7EH (If possible, please contact us in advance in order to ensure that we will have all the information we need to process your return efficiently)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CDs or DVDs that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or with missing parts (unless item received by you in this condition)
  • Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery (extended to 60 days after delivery in the case of items received by you in damaged or faulty condition)
